supervision of a parent or guardian.

2.3 Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that children use our services
appropriately.

payments.

3.3 Communication via email and digital platforms regarding updates, resources,

7.4 We do not offer refunds, but you can cancel your subscription at any time.

7.5 Digital products may be exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period where access to the digital content is provided immediately upon purchase and the Customer has expressly consented to the commencement of access and thereby agreed to waive their statutory right of cancellation under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

7.6 Upon entering into this Agreement, the Customer shall be required to specify the current academic year group of the Child to whom the Services relate. This information shall be used solely for administrative and contractual purposes, including the management and termination of the Customer’s subscription. The Company shall, upon the Child’s completion of Year 11 or any applicable retake year, notify the Customer by email that the subscription will be cancelled. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all contact information provided to the Company remains accurate and up to date to enable receipt of such notification.

8. Disclaimer of Educational Guarantees

8.1 Our resources are designed to support learning but do not guarantee
specific exam results, grades, or academic outcomes.

8.2 We are not liable if your child does not achieve expected progress or exam
performance.

8.3 The use of our services is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

9.1 We exclude all implied warranties and representations.

9.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9.3 Our total liability for any claims is limited to the amount you paid for our
services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by
our negligence.
